TROPHY

This project, created as the final presentation for my Intro to Photography course, allowed me to freely explore my passion for colors and contrast. I played with vibrant hues against the absence of color, rounded forms against angular shapes, and fullness against flatness, creating a dynamic visual experience. The process was both joyful and deeply personal, reflecting my artistic voice. I titled the work TROPHY as a dark twist, likening the balloons on the wall and around the subject to decapitated heads—symbolizing hunting trophies and adding a layer of narrative intrigue.

I didn't like the distraction of the poses and a person being the subject, so I decided to use only the clothes and another balloon as the head to create connection with the background.
