Projection Project: Caught in the Lens

This project, created for my Intermediate Photography course, critiques the trend of overconsumption in social media and the dangers of modern technology distorting our perception of reality. Collaborating with three students and a guest model, we curated a dark, eerie environment with unsettling notification sounds to highlight the horror of detachment from reality.

Using Adobe Photoshop, I manipulated the model's shadow to symbolize the distortion and obsession that arise from being 'sucked into' the online world.
